As Co-Founder of It's All Love, Kaamal did the truest thing a mission can do: he built something that shows up and wins. He took the movement's belief — give first, drop the judgment, raise each other — and brought it to the It's All Love youth flag football program, coaching neighborhood kids to compete, win, and carry themselves like champions.

It's the same standard he holds on every sideline he's ever stood on. The only thing that changes here is who it's for: the kids down the block, the family in the stands, the community that made him. When the movement needed proof that it doesn't just gather people but grows them, Kaamal put it on the scoreboard.

Long before the youth program, Kaamal was building a flag football name that crossed oceans — as a player and as a coach, from Tampa to Thailand to China, and now to the college sideline in his own backyard.

Kaamal earned his B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania, in 2020. He didn't just attend — he led. Four years on the Albright football team and four years on the college's leadership council, a natural leader and team player who put in the work, waiting tables through three years in the service industry while carrying a full course load.

That's the foundation under the trophies: discipline, collaboration, and a habit of showing up for the people around him. It's exactly what It's All Love asks of everyone — and exactly what he brings to the next generation.
