These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and It's All Love ("It's All Love," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing from our shop, registering for an event, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

It's All Love is a community movement operating an apparel shop, events, and media (including online radio). You can reach us using the contact details at the bottom of this page.

3. Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape or harvest data, upload malicious code, or use it to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms.

All content on this site — including the It's All Love name, logo, designs, artwork, text, graphics, photos, audio, and layout — is owned by It's All Love or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

5. Shop, orders & payments

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider; by placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

• Shipping: we ship after your order is confirmed; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Returns & exchanges: if you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange of unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Custom or final-sale items may be excluded.
• Refunds: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Events & registrations

Event details, dates, and locations may change or be canceled. Where registration or ticketing is offered, additional terms may apply. By attending an It's All Love event you agree to follow any posted rules and to conduct yourself respectfully toward others.

7. Newsletter & communications

By subscribing, you consent to receive emails about events, product drops, and community updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

8. Community content & submissions

If you submit a story, photo, comment, or other material to us, you grant It's All Love a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that material in connection with our mission and promotions. You represent that you own or have the rights to anything you submit, and that it does not violate the rights of others.

9. Music & radio

Audio streamed through our online radio is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not record, redistribute, or rebroadcast it without permission from the rights holders.

10. Third-party links & services

Our site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (such as payment, streaming, or social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers

The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Limitation of liability
