In 2014, Marcus went to Burning Man. The party wasn't what stuck — the gifting was. One night, sitting on a surplus of beer, he started handing bottles to strangers walking past camp. It turned into a thirty-person jam session: two guitars, bongos, people singing into the dark. "It was one of my best nights out there," he says, "because I gave back."
He came home different, and a year later gave the feeling a name. It's All Love became his community events initiative — built on a belief he still runs everything by: great production shouldn't only serve the people who can afford it. The same standard he brings to a luxury wedding, he brings to a block party.
